Description

AMUCA is a unique art center with lodging. Located in the rural setting of Los Marranitos a community in the heart of The Dominican Coffee cultivating region of the Cordillero Central.

Work with master ceramics artist Angels Tello Pardo in her workshop that draws on the history and forms of the ancient Taino people who lived on the island of Espanola (the D.R.) before the conquest. Benefit from Tello Pardo's research into the potent myths expressed in the sculptural forms of this ancient people, and her expertise in hand-built ceramic sculptural techniques.

The picturesque views and amazing lush surroundings makes this an incredibly enchanting alternative to the usual resort stay.

Any balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your reservation 48 hours or more before your expected check-in date, we will refund you the total amount of your deposit paid, minus an administration fee equivalent to 10% of paid amount, with a minimum of US$15.

If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours of your expected check-in date, we will refund you the total amount of your deposit paid, minus an administration fee equivalent to 20% of paid amount, with a minimum of US$25.

If you do not arrive at the hotel on the date of your expected check-in date, you will not receive a refund of your deposit.
