Payment terms

Hotel Naemie requires 50% of the payment 14 days before your check in date. Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Any balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your reservation 48 hours or more before your expected check-in date, we will refund you the total amount of your deposit paid, minus an administration fee equivalent to 10% of paid amount, with a minimum of US$15.

If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours of your expected check-in date, we will refund you the total amount of your deposit paid, minus an administration fee equivalent to 20% of paid amount, with a minimum of US$25.

If you do not arrive at the hotel on the date of your expected check-in date, you will not receive a refund of your deposit.

If you cancel within 14 days, then you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel within 7 days, then you will receive a 50% refund.
