Located in the valley of Jarabacoa, 500 meters above sea level in the heart of the Cordillera Central, is known as the region of Eternal Spring. Any balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your reservation 48 hours or more before your expected check-in date, we will refund you the total amount of your deposit paid, minus an administration fee equivalent to 10% of paid amount, with a minimum of US$15.

If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours of your expected check-in date, we will refund you the total amount of your deposit paid, minus an administration fee equivalent to 20% of paid amount, with a minimum of US$25.

If you do not arrive at the hotel on the date of your expected check-in date, you will not receive a refund of your deposit.
