Payment terms

A 4% processing fee will be charged when payment is made by American Express. Any balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation policy

If changes are required to airport transfers, arrival or departure dates or times, please notify Jasmine Spa and Wellness Center a minimum of 72 hours in advance.

If you cancel your reservation 48 hours or more before your expected check-in date, we will refund you the total amount of your deposit paid, minus an administration fee equivalent to 10% of paid amount, with a minimum of US$15.

If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours of your expected check-in date, we will refund you the total amount of your deposit paid, minus an administration fee equivalent to 20% of paid amount, with a minimum of US$25.

If you do not arrive at the hotel on the date of your expected check-in date, you will not receive a refund of your deposit.
