Cancellation policy

If you want to make a reservation, we need a credit card number with expiry date. Nothing will be charged on your card, this is only to confirm it and in case of cancellation within 14 days of your arrival, we will charge you 25% of the total amount of your stay if we can replace it, if not, or in case of 'No Show' we will have to charge you the full amount. We suggest that you pay with traveler's checks or cash upon your arrival, this way you will avoid a surcharge of 16%.

If you cancel your reservation 48 hours or more before your expected check-in date, we will refund you the total amount of your deposit paid, minus an administration fee equivalent to 10% of paid amount, with a minimum of US$15.

If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours of your expected check-in date, we will refund you the total amount of your deposit paid, minus an administration fee equivalent to 20% of paid amount, with a minimum of US$25.

If you do not arrive at the hotel on the date of your expected check-in date, you will not receive a refund of your deposit.
