Located outside the lively city of Sosua but within walking distance from the shimmering sands of Sosua beach and the center. For those who favor the sporting life like swimming, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, golf, horse back riding and many more, everything is nearby. Sosua is situated 10 minutes from Puerto Plata airport, 10 minutes from Cabarete and 25 minutes from Puerto Plata center.

My wife and I recently got married in Sosua and spent part of our vacation at Casa Veintiuno. We were welcomed warmly and the wonderful attention continued throughout our entire stay. I have spent much time in Sosua and the surrounding area, and this hotel was by far the most charming one I've seen at a great price. Clean, comfortable rooms and delicious food. A welcome and refreshing alternative to the large, all-inclusive type facilities. Highly recommend!
We stayed at Casa Veintiuno for 2 nights while we were in Sosua, and we absolutely loved it! From top to bottom beautiful. The staff was very welcoming and accomodating. They were friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, we were very impressed! From the second we walked onto the property, we could see that the staff was very detail oriented.
Spiral staircases, more beautiful artwork, balconies, a workout area, and a pool table were in the common areas of Casa 21. We were pleasantly suprised when we got into our room (top floor), it was beautiful! Clean, all white decor, plenty of hanging and drawer space for clothing, nice bathoom, flat screen tv, and even an ipod dock with adapters. There were towels folded into the shape of swans on the bed, it was extremely creative! The only change I would make to the room would be to install a full length mirror. Other than that, the room itself was great.
The dining area had a refreshing atmosphere from the white linens and black seating, to the artwork that adds a lively burst of color. The service was wonderful. The menus had a variety of options to choose from. Good sized portions of food, we very much enjoyed our meals. Being that Casa 21 is a B&B, I must mention that the breakfast is amazing!
Nightlife is just around the corner, plenty of bars/clubs close by. Sosua Beach is only a short walk across the street. It's also in a quiet and safe location, gated and guarded after 11pm.
Certainly the best hotel in this area ! We already visited 26 times the DR, so we can compare !
I'm going back in august, naturally in the same hotel " Casa Veintiuno", try it and you will see !
Very nice, relaxed place! The owners and their playfull dog are very friendly en try to make te best out of your stay.The rooms are very pretty, have al lot of space and luxury!
A supurb place near te beach and City centrum van Sosua.
Do you want to have a lazy holliday at the pool or an active vacation with culture and excursions; the Casa Vaintiuno suits for every kind of vacation. The rooms are very nice and tidy, the swimming pool is cosy, the food is just exellent and the owners and staff are serving you as you were the king. We had an very nice holliday and felt like being at home even being at the other side of the world.

We stayed at Casa Veintiuno twice in only 2 weeks. We fell in love with this oasis of peace that we had to return. The personal touch can be felt from the minute one arrives. One does not check into a hotel, but arrives at "home". The rooms are beautiful, spotless, roomy and bright.
Forget all the hectic and loud music of Sosua and enjoy your breakfast with lots of fresh fruits, your lunch at the pool or a afternoon snack in your room. Also great, a freshly prepared Mojito by the pool.
